Workshop: A Sign in Space

A workshop for children, as part of the exhibition KAAP (in Dutch).
We’ll read and talk about A Sign in Space, a chapter from Italo Calvino’s Cosmicomics. The protagonist in the story creates the very first sign in the universe.
After showing and brainstorming about examples of what could be a sign, the participants of the workshop are invited to create their own temporary sign, using their body and/or some of the provided materials.
